- File Articles of Organization with the Nevada State filing office.
- Have an organizational meeting and adopt an Operating Agreement for the LLC.
- Acquire a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and arrange for a bank account to be opened for your LLC.
- Apply for a business license or business licenses. The company needs one license for each city or county in which the LLC will be active.
